music recommendations because yes.
Music is the essence of life, the BGM to our witless antics, an escape from this godawful reality and my addiction (I'm only slightly addicted, promise) so the need of the hour becomes an awesome playlist with songs you can jam to like there is no tomorrow. So I present to you all (nobody reads these) my jaw-dropping, awe-inspiring recommendations which will make you beseech me for more -
1. ik bagal - piyush mishra
a song nay a story that tells its tale of dreams left unfilled covered under a blanket of work for life goes on and time waits for none, when a family is to fed and people depend on you, your dreams take a backseat. in all honesty the metaphorical nature of this song goes beyond any that i have had the pleasure of listening to in all my years. 10/10 would 100% recommend but listen to it really carefully if you are going to listen to it (or just watch the video by inotherwords on yt)
2. time in a bottle - jim croce
a song that comprises all your feelings when you start to lose the person whom you loved like nobody before and they slip into the sweet embrace of death. its a short onee but a sweet one sung by the great jim croce who in of himself is a treasure took away from us too early. personally 9/10
3. ladyfingers - herb albert & the tijuana brass
its jazz it can be anything you want it to be, this can be the end of a journey or the beginning of a new story give it try if you wanna listen to some good instrumentals 8/10
4. mayonaka no door / stay with me - miki matsubara
like every japanese song the beats , the rythm flow like a river down a hill but its a gut wrenching song if you go into the lyrics a tale of a emotional abuser leaving his lover and his lover who cant help but fall for him and beg him to "stay with me". a miki matsubara classic 10/10
